Autumn 2014

DSCN3902Autumn 2014

It just happens so quickly.  The sun is high and then it dips lower in the sky and moves southward.  I notice this because we have a due west facing portal and as the solstice approaches, the sunsets become less fierce, sweeter.  The tomatoes are ripening as if there is a deadline, and the sunflowers are going to seed feeding the migrating warblers and assuring a bumper crop of volunteers for next year.   Elizabeth Barrett Browning invites us to contemplate this pivotal season of change…DSC_0206

Go, sit upon the lofty hill,
And turn your eyes around,
Where waving woods and waters wild
Do hymn an autumn sound.
The summer sun is faint on them —
The summer flowers depart —
Sit still — as all transform’d to stone,DSCN0754
Except your musing heart.

I’ve covered a lot of the other sources; nevertheless, just here, I have found legitimate information with such necessary facts to keep in mind.

I suggest you’ll publish articles with different topics to upgrade our knowledge, mine in particular.
